How do I know what class is the right one for me?

You can check my quick overview in Styles and if you’re really not quite sure about it, just drop me a line on Instagram and we can have a chat about it!

What props do I need for a Yin class?

For Yin you don’t necessarily need a mat. A cosy carpet or blanket will do the job as well.
You might want to have a couple of bricks (several bigger books) at the ready and maybe a bolster (lots of pillows/cushions) close by. Keeping yourself warm is essential, so jumpers and woollen (read: warm) socks are encouraged, especially in winter.

What props do I need for a Vinyasa class?

I always recommend a relatively sticky mat so you don’t slide, even when you’re sweating. If balancing on one leg is a challenge or your hamstrings are very tight, bring a couple of bricks (books, sturdy water bottles or tins) and a strap (can be a belt or a twisted towel). You usually don’t necessarily need them and I can give you modifications to work around those props, but they are a nice to have.

I’ve recently injured my XYZ - can I still practice?

Please reach out to me directly (either via dm, the registration form or email). Generally speaking there’s lots of ways we can modify the practice to your needs, but I’ll need to know exactly what you’re working with and since when.

Do you give hands-on adjustments?

Pre-COVID I used to give light adjustments to regular students (with their consent, obviously). In the lights of COVID I will wait until it’s safe to do so again.

Is rocket yoga too hard for me?

The Rocket was developed in order to allow students to explore ashtanga in a safe and fun way. It’s a very personal guided practice where you don’t have to follow everything the teacher says - you can modify to your body’s needs or add variations in where you feel like it.

Where can I find your schedule?

As my website is still relatively new and I’m deciding on whether it’s worth the money or no, I’m sending a weekly newsletter with dates, times and registration links (please always let me know via the registration forms if you working with an injury).

How much do I have to pay for a class?

My group classes are donation based. For all other enquiries please reach out to me via my Contact page.

How can I pay for a class?

You can choose to Paypal or Monzo me. Regular students as well as companies will be offered the option of a bank transfer.

I am pregnant. Can I still attend class?

Unfortunately I am not yet trained to guide pre and post natal classes. I wouldn’t be at ease teaching you with the little knowledge that I have about pregnant bodies & yoga. However, I can recommend a few great teachers who also give online classes and 1-2-1s for mums to be as well as new mums.

Can I bring a friend/family member/coworker?

Of course!

I want to work on a specific asana. Can you help me?

I do take wishes and suggestions prior to my classes and incorporate them and drills for them into my flows if I can. If it’s a bigger topic like arm balances and inversions I also give workshops every now and again. Those will be announced in my newsletters.

Strength & Flexibility. Balance. Focus.
Take what you need.
